1. Who We Are
Full Moon is operated by:
David Mattin and Mark Curtis in partnership.
Full Moon will shortly be incorporated as a Ltd company.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
If you are under 18, you may only subscribe with parental consent.
3. Your Account
To access certain features, including subscriptions:
- You must provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid membership is processed through Stripe.
By subscribing, you agree that:
- You authorise recurring billing until cancelled.
- Prices may change; we will notify you in advance of any increase.
- All payments are handled securely by Stripe; we do not store full payment details.

5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings.
Cancellation affects future billing periods only.
We do not automatically issue refunds for partially used periods, but will consider reasonable requests at our discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Full Moon — including essays, podcasts, images, branding, and design — is owned by Full Moon or its creators, unless otherwise stated.
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or republish content without permission
- Use our content commercially
- Scrape, copy, or archive substantial portions of the site
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Service for your own private use.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Interfere with site operation or security
- Attempt unauthorised access to our systems
- Harass, threaten, or abuse others
- Post defamatory, hateful, or illegal content
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

- Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid in the past 12 months.

Upon termination, you lose access to paid content and features.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
