Work with us

Get to know who we are: our stories, experiences, and the context that fuels our creative process. It’s a rich mixture of trends research, observation, design, marketing, and giant and tiny company backgrounds.

There is a question that keeps surfacing in the boardrooms and leadership offsites of some of the most thoughtful organisations we know. It sounds simple. It isn't.

How do we help our people think differently about technology, about strategy, about what it means to be human in a world that is changing faster than our ability to make sense of it?

The question matters because the organisations that can answer it — that can equip their leaders with the language and the frameworks to lead that conversation confidently — will be the ones that navigate the next decade well. The ones that can't will find themselves managing reaction rather than shaping direction.

Full Moon exists to help you answer it. We sell inspiration, direction, clarity.

Who We Are

We are Mark Curtis and David Mattin. Between us, we have spent the better part of three decades at the intersection of technology, human behaviour, and strategic thinking — helping some of the world's most ambitious organisations understand what is actually happening in the world, and what to do about it.

Mark co-founded Fjord, the global design and innovation consultancy that became part of Accenture, where he spent nearly two decades shaping the Fjord Trends and Accenture Life Trends annual reports — among the most widely read thought leadership publications in the industry. He has spoken at Davos, CES, and the Web Summit, advised C-suites globally, and written on the collision of technology and human experience for over twenty years.

David has led strategic foresight at some of the world's leading consumer intelligence firms, originating frameworks that have shaped how senior marketers and strategists think about brand, culture and transparency in a digital age.

Together, we run Full Moon: a monthly strategy, trends and foresight service exploring the ideas that matter most to leaders navigating the intelligence age. We write at length, we think carefully, and we do not traffic in easy answers.

The Problem We Solve

As a leader you stand at the centre of a disorienting storm:

Mark and David have built long careers helping leaders navigate this kind of uncertainty. We helped big brands navigate the previous tech revolutions and their human implications; we can help you navigate this one.

Put it all together and we're ideally placed to help you gain strategic clarity amid what is unfolding now. To help you understand the changing consumer, see the innovation opportunities, remake your brand for the coming decade and adopt the right strategic positioning.

Most organisations understand, at some level, that everything is changing. Fewer know how to think about it clearly. And very few have the language to lead that conversation with their people in a way that is honest, grounded, and genuinely useful.

The result is a growing gap between the pace of change and the quality of articulation inside organisations. Leaders find themselves managing anxiety rather than directing energy. Strategic conversations default to the tactical. And the deeper questions — about what it means to be human in a world of GLP1s, soap opera politics, tariffs and Claude, about what a brand stands for — go unasked.

This is not a technology problem. It is a thinking problem. And thinking is what we do.

The Full Moon Partnership

Each year, we take on a small number of corporate partners - no more than five globally. This is a deliberate limit. The value of the partnership depends on the depth of the relationship, and depth requires scarcity.

A Full Moon partnership is not a content subscription. You are not paying for access to our essays or our podcast - those are freely available to anyone. You are engaging us as thinking partners: people who will bring our frameworks and our perspectives directly into your organisation, applied to your world, your industry, and your leadership conversations.

What that looks like in practice:

What You Are Really Buying

The organisations that will lead the next decade are not the ones with the most AI capability. They are the ones whose leaders can think clearly about what change means - for their customers, their employees, their culture, and their competitive position.

What Full Moon gives a partner organisation is not content. It is clarity. The frameworks to lead hard conversations. The language to bring your people with you. The confidence that comes from thinking things through properly, with people who have been doing it for a long time.

It is, in the end, the rarest thing available to any senior leader right now: access to genuinely independent thinking, from people who have no interest in telling you what you want to hear.

We are not for everyone. Full Moon is built for organisations that believe thinking matters — that the quality of the ideas in a leadership team's heads is a strategic asset, not a soft concern.

If that is you, we would like to talk - about what is keeping your leadership team up at night, what questions you do not yet have good answers to, and whether we are the right people to help you think them through.

We have built something small, serious, and genuinely useful.
